Pretty simple. Cool looking fractal I made.
(I originally submitted this as a piece of fractal art. But since my intentions in making the fractal was to use it as a wallpaper, I decided to change it's category.)
Any suggestions on where to go next with this kind of thing are more than welcome.

I see clawed hands. Possibly of a dragon, maybe casting the blue spell it holds.
